In case you missed it, OSP is working with Huron to upgrade ResearchUVA (RUVA) to version 10.5. See below for the implementation timeline, running from now to the beginning of August.
Plotting a Route to 10.5
OSP and the OVPR Info Team have been deep in preparations for this significant RUVA upgrade. Now that project pre-work is wrapping up, we are ready to start our trek to RUVA's Huron 10.5 go-live. The plan begins with testing in the Preview environment this months and culminates with stabilization and the end of Huron's support.
Timeline and Tasks

| Mid-May | OSP, Submitting Schools, and Research Administrators begin User Acceptance Testing (UAT). If you would like to participate in UAT, email MaryBeth Spaulding (mas7zt@virginia.edu). |
| June 13 | Testing wraps up. |
| July 25 | The upgrade begins after COB. |
| July 28 | (Anticipated) RUVA is back online. |
| August 8 | Stabilization support from Huron ends. |
