In just a few weeks, the end of the fiscal year will be upon us, and OSP will once again adopt the same standard counting methodology for fiscal year 2025 (FY25) implemented in recent years. 

Awards received in OSP by the end of June that are ready for setup will be processed for inclusion in FY25, regardless of project start date. 

Note: Awards must be unilateral or fully executed without any pending regulatory concerns with all required components in place.
